3. Quotations, Orders & Contract Formation

 

3.1 Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

3.2 A binding contract is formed only once FANTACI issues written confirmation and receives the required payment.

3.3 For custom cabinetry and made-to-order products, a minimum 50% deposit is required to commence production.

3.4 The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

 

4.1 All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

4.2 Payment methods may include bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment platforms.

4.3 FANTACI does not store credit card details; all payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

5. Online Product Orders

 

5.1 Online products may include accessories, selected furniture, fittings, or home items available for direct purchase.

5.2 Product images are for illustration only; minor variations in colour, finish, or texture may occur.

5.3 Availability is subject to stock levels. FANTACI reserves the right to cancel or refund orders if stock becomes unavailable.

 

 

6. Online Order Fulfilment & Delivery

 

6.1 Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.

6.2 Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or advised separately.

6.3 Risk passes to the customer once goods are delivered to the nominated address.

6.4 Customers must ensure delivery access is clear and secure.

 

 

7. Online Returns & Refunds

 

7.1 Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for non-custom online products, subject to:

• Return request made within 7 days of delivery

• Items unused, in original packaging

7.2 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

7.3 Custom-made, clearance, or installed items are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

7.4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once items are inspected.

8. Custom Cabinetry Production

 

8.1 Custom products are manufactured strictly in accordance with approved drawings, finishes, and specifications.

8.2 Natural variations in timber grain, stone veining, colour tone, and texture are inherent characteristics and not defects.

8.3 Once production commences, changes or cancellations may not be possible and may incur additional costs.

 

 

9. Installation Services

 

9.1 Installation is carried out by FANTACI or authorised subcontractors following industry standards.

9.2 Customers must ensure the site is ready, safe, and accessible at the scheduled installation time.

9.3 Installation does not include electrical, plumbing, demolition, patching, or painting unless agreed in writing.

9.4 Additional costs may apply if site conditions differ from what was disclosed.

 

 

10. Inspection & Claims

 

10.1 Customers must inspect products upon delivery or installation.

10.2 Any damage, defect, or missing item must be reported in writing within 7 days.

10.3 Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.

 

 

11. Warranty & Consumer Guarantees

 

11.1 All products and services are supplied in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

11.2 Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

11.3 Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on assessment.
