Pre-designed Space is an exciting new concept created by FANTACI. This innovative concept was inspired by the idea that many Melbourne homeowners dream of hiring an interior designer to remodel their homes but can't afford this luxury.
So, in collaboration with renowned Melbourne-based studio Arkee and award-winning designer Pingtao Sun, we’ve designed a series of interior styles for every room of the home. With all the materials and fit-out products, you can achieve the perfect home, simply and affordably.
Each of our Space features an Australian, Modern Japanese or Scandinavian influenced design. Every style can cover your entire home and can be customised to the shape and size of your room.
All styles can be viewed by appointment at our Port Melbourne showroom. We invite you to be part of our flexible design process and think about how you’ll use the space and how you want it to look, feel and function.

Our design consultant will build a solution and provide an estimate that meets your taste and budget.
We’ll give you an on-the-spot measurement to ensure the design and product selections will fit your space perfectly.
Once our design team has completed their proposed design for your space, you'll be invited to visit our Port Melbourne showroom to view a design presentation.
Once you’re delighted with the design and ready to go, we’ll create a detailed concept map and a final formal order for your approval.
Your products will come assembled and be delivered right to your door. Now you can start your dream renovation!
